In the Public Law section there is information compiled from three courses. The information is intermingled because the courses cover Public Law to differing extent and they make sense intermingled.
Constitutional Law: Course Description: Case approach to the interpretation of the United States Constitution, with emphasis on powers of the Judiciary, Congress, and the Presidency. Attention also devoted to the Commerce Clause and federal-state relations.
Legal Theory: Course Description: Analysis of the concept of law, with special emphasis upon the nature of law, sovereignty, legal validity, the relations between law, politics, morality, and economics.
